2016 GERES project in Mali: allow access for rural enterprises to renewable energy

GERES' second project that we support in Mali

 

This is the second agreement we sign with GERES for a new action in Mali. The first one concerned the community of Konséguéla. This one concerns the Koury community and aims to give better access to modern energy services by promoting access of rural enterprises (micro-businesses) to renewable energy of good quality and in economically viable conditions. This project will impact 1,680 people of which 50 artisans and traders (20% of women) receiving better access to energy.
