Gruppo ALEIMAR in Eritrea - This project plans to install a photovoltaic system to give light and electrical energy to a clinic in Zagher, a mountain village in Eritrea.

The clinic is managed by the Sisters of St. Anne Daughters' Institute, for about 5,000 people, with a maternity ward, where about 150 mothers give birth each year and 900 women come to this clinic for monitoring visits. The clinic is connected to the public network, but the electricity fails for hours and days (Eritrea is a very poor country with no local power source) . This facility would allow the clinic to have electricity regularly available to perform nursing tasks, for example.
